In-Person and Text Order Policy

Customers can place orders for shoe cleaning services both in person and via Instagram messages. Our team will be available to assist customers during our business hours.

2. In-Person Orders:

In-person customers can place orders by approaching me. I will guide you through the available cleaning packages, additional services, and pricing. Once the order details are confirmed, payment can be made.

3. Instagram Text Orders:

To place an order via Instagram text message, customers can follow these steps:

- Text our dedicated @fairleypure with your name and request.

- Our team will respond with available cleaning packages and services.

- After confirming the details, our team will provide a final quote.

- Customers can provide confirmation to proceed with the order.

- Payment details will be shared for secure payment processing.

4. Order Confirmation:

Once the order details and payment are confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation message specifying the chosen services, pricing, and any additional instructions.

5. Payment Options:

For all orders, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.

6. Turnaround Time:

Our standard 24-hour turnaround time applies to both in-person and text orders. Customers will be informed of the estimated pickup time based on the submission time of their order.

7. Additional Services:

Customers can inquire about and select additional services such as repair, water&scuff mark repellent, and odor elimination either in person or through text messages.

8. Amendments and Cancellations:

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This allows us to manage our workflow effectively and ensure timely service for all customers.

9. Order Status Updates:

Customers who place orders via text message will receive updates on the progress of their order, including cleaning and preparation status, as well as the estimated completion time.
